Retirement Plan
Use our 401k savings plan to put aside money on a tax-deferred
basis for your retirement. Eligibility at 21 years of age, after
you have worked for over 1,000 hours during the past twelve
(12) months. The plan allows for quarterly enrollment.

Cash & Bonus Opportunities
Holiday Pay
Employees may be eligible to receive holiday pay for up to six (6)
recognized holidays: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence
Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day. To be
eligible for holiday pay, employees must work at least 1750 hours
in the twelve (12) months preceding the holiday, work their
regularly scheduled hours in the week before the holiday, and
holiday pay must be available to the employees market.
Employees who meet the eligibility requirements may receive holiday
pay equivalent to the hours worked in a regularly scheduled day, up
to a maximum of eight (8) hours, at their current rate of pay.
Reliability Bonus
Demonstrating Reliability can pay off! Employees who work at least
1750 hours in a rolling 12 month period and demonstrate
reliability, safety, dependability, and excellence for
the period may be eligible for a bonus once each
year. Bonus payments and amounts are between 1 % and 2% of the
employees' gross wages. This bonus is designed to retain and reward
our talented, safe and dedicated employees.
Referral Bonuses
Current employees may be eligible for a referral bonus of an amount
determined by your local branch after the person you referred works
a minimum of 80 hours. There may be additional client specific
incentive programs as well. Ask your Staffing Supervisor for more
information.
Additional benefits
PayCards
All of our field employees are paid through our pay card system.
Through our paycard vendor, you will have access to your pay each
Friday morning. No need to wait for your paycheck or rush to
the bank, you can access your funds, at least one time free of
charge (each week), via a national network of ATMs, local banks and
point of purchase machines. Your payroll funds can also be
directly deposited to the bank account of your choice through our
paycard program.
Pay Stubs Available On-Line and via
Telephone
Your paystubs are accessible online so you can access them
24/7. If you do not have internet access, you may use a kiosk
computer at any of our branch locations. Alternatively, you
have an option to obtain your pay information via telephone using
an Interactive Voice Response.
Training and Skill Development
Tutorials are available for the most popular software programs in
most every branch office. Some clients offer specific training and
video aided job preparation which you may voluntarily participate
in.
Employee Transfers
Your employment records and work history will be transferred to any
of our offices or divisions in the continental United
States. Your accrued work hours will transfer and are
immediately applicable to the programs available in your new
location.

Our Primary Banking Relationship is with Suntrust, thereby you may
