Job Summary:
A Manufacturing company located in Sealy is looking for a detail-oriented and professional Administrative to support our Human Resources department. This entry-level role is ideal for individuals who are organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a confidential HR environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect safety materials from weekly morning meetings, scan, and properly file them for record-keeping.
- Maintain and organize documents and paperwork related to employee locker assignments.
- Conduct inventory checks and labeling of all electronic devices and appliances to ensure proper tracking and organization.
- Perform miscellaneous tasks and assist with special projects as assigned.
- Support the HR team with administrative duties, including document preparation, filing, and general office organization.
- Respond to employee inquiries and direct them to the appropriate HR personnel.
- Assist in planning and organizing HR-related events and training sessions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and HR best practices.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Basic knowledge of HR functions and office administration.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and HR software is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Bilingual (English-Spanish) is a plus.
