At Resource MFG we are looking for a QC Inspector 

Pay rate up to $20per hour depending on experience

Work Schedule: 7:00am to 3:30pm, Monday-Friday.

Job Requirements:

•  

  Ability to read schematics and blueprints.

  Be proficient with PC and be familiar with MS office.

  Knowledge of quality control.

  Ability to interact with a group of coworkers.

  Ability to work with complex equipment.

  Ability to establish procedures.

Duties include:

• 1. Perform and document inspections on product and processes including inspection of seats, Monuments and components as they are being repaired 2. Perform receiving inspection of raw materials, parts and components 3. Ability to inspect First article to AS 9102 4. Prepare in-process inspection report ensuring completeness and accuracy 5. Maintain Quality documentation 6. Identify serviceability of parts and components and appropriate tooling 7. Utilize inspection tools (i.e., multi-meters, calipers, micrometers, bore gauges, bond meter etc) 8. Utilize various measuring devices and gauges 9. Read and interpret part documentation including blue prints 10. Proficient with PC, manufacturing software and be able to utilize the Internet as well as be familiar with MS office
