Job Opening: Service Technician I and II

ResourceMFG-Employbridge is NOW Hiring Service Technicians for a GREAT South Tulsa Company!

HOURS: 7:30A-5PM  Monday-Thursday

PAY: $23-25/HOUR based on experience

SERVICE TECHNICIAN JOB DUTIES:

• Assist in the daily workflow including scheduling of RMAs, Validation Test,
• Providing root cause analysis data to applicable departments.
• Repair parts, assemblies performing mechanic tasks.
• Write detailed repair procedures and or test reports as directed and maintain in Test Procedure library/Standards Library.
• Writes RMA’s as required on units to be returned for repair or credit and prepares sales orders for RMA repairs.
• Provides field support as assigned; including on-site diagnostics, repairs, part sales, and customer presentations. 
• Keeps record of service calls, sales orders, RMA’s, warranties and credits as directed and required.

• Valid Driver's license required
• High level of mechanical aptitude, trouble shooting,
• Ability to read hydraulic and electrical schematics
• Performing diagnostics of hydraulic and electronic systems a plus.
• Basic/entry knowledge of mechanical and/or electronic elements systems.
• Basic knowledge of troubleshooting of mechanical and/or electronic systems.
• Basic ability to gather data, write reports, and present findings.
