Job Opening: Electrical Team Lead-1st shift

The Team Leader will be responsible for the personnel and product in their work center. They will handle personnel training quality, safety and continuous improvement initiatives in their area. Product and personnel status will be measured and reported on to the production supervisor. The team lead will be responsible to monitor and manage the completion of shop orders and operations as determined by the part number routing, ensuring operations are complete on time and at or under allotted man hours. Must maintain safe working environment and also maintain quality date to ensure we are improving and updating work instructions as needed.

* GED or Equivalent

* 1 year of manufacturing experience

* Able to manage Multiple tasks concurrently

* Able to properly manage time and projects

* Ability to meet project schedules and maintain contingency plans

* Understand workflows in production and prioritize work. 

* Proficient in computers and software 

* Understand how to interpret mechanical and electrical drawings

* Proven leadership experience

* ERP systems
