Job Opening: Packaging Operator

ResourceMFG in Worthington, IN is looking for Packaging Operators at a Fortune 500 Company through the end of April 2025. 

Shifts Available

• Rotating Day and then Night Shifts 12 hr shifts $19.50 for AM $21.50 for PM Shift. 42 to 60 hours per week. 

Job Duties:

• Inspecting product
• Sorting
• Packaging
• Support maintenance and cleaning 

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:

• Safely perform duties in timely fashion while maintaining quality
• Work independently or with a team
• Adjust to changing conditions and anticipate need
• Make independent decisions
• Good communication skills
• Lifting, Pushing and Pulling up to 50 lbs.
• The ability to use stairs and walk on uneven surfaces
