Location: Lapeer, MI

Pay Rate: $16.00 per hour (with a $1.00 raise after 90 days)

Sign-On Bonus: $500

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Auditor to join our team in Lapeer. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of experience in quality assurance and will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and compliance.

Responsibilities:

• • Perform regular quality assessments on all outgoing products for shipping.
  • Reject all products and materials that fail to meet quality expectations, by following appropriate non-conforming process.
  • Measure product dimensions, examine functionality, and compare the final product to the specifications.
  • Recommend improvements to the production process to ensure quality control.
  • Document inspection outcomes by completing detailed reports and performance records.
  • Teach the production team about quality control concerns to improve product excellence.
  • Supervise the production process.
  • Resolve quality-related issues in a timely manner.

Qualifications:

• • Must have knowledge of SPC and IATF-16949 Procedures.
  • Certification in quality control is preferred.
  • Good math and technical skills.
  • Strong understanding of quality control standards and testing techniques.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role.
  • Must be detail oriented.
  • High School diploma or equivalent qualification.
