NOW HIRING 2ND SHIFT FLEXOGRAPHIC PRESS OPERATOR IN EAST MESA!
Base Pay: $23-35/hour based on experience.
Employment Type: Full Time – Second Shift – 2:00 pm to 12:30 am, Monday – Thursday
Experience: Min 3 years experience in Flexographic Printing – MA P Series, EV (Evolution) or similar
Duties
- Set up and operate MA P Series printing presses to produce high-quality printed materials according to job specifications.
- Load and unload printing plates, ink and other materials onto the press.
- Monitor and adjust press settings to ensure proper ink distribution, registration, and color consistency.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on printing equipment.
- Inspect printed materials for defects and make necessary adjustments to maintain quality control standards.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient production workflow.
- Follow job specifications and customer requirements for each print job.
- Maintain accurate production records and complete necessary paperwork.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Additional Duties as necessary.
Skills
- Experience with quality control procedures in print production
- Proficiency in operating forklifts and other material handling equipment
- This position requires attention to detail, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and excellent problem-solving skills.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, be a team player, and have a passion for producing high-quality printed materials.
- This job is an active position and will require lifting of up to 50 lbs. and standing for extend periods of time.
