Pay: Up to $22.50 per hour

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced, dedicated and detail-oriented Electrical Component Testing Technician to join our team in Madison Heights, MI. The ideal candidate will have experience in electrical testing, particularly with automotive components, and will be familiar with USCAR-21 Terminal Crimps or SAE testing procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct electrical testing on automotive components following USCAR-21 Terminal Crimps or SAE procedures.
• Perform detailed inspections and document test results accurately.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure testing meets quality standards.
• Maintain and calibrate testing equipment as needed.
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized lab environment.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Lab Technician or similar role in electrical testing.
• Familiarity with USCAR-21 Terminal Crimps or SAE testing procedures is highly desirable.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication skills and a proactive attitude.
• Associate degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field.
• Experience with data acquisition systems and software.
• Knowledge of automotive electrical systems and components.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Proficiency in using various testing and measurement tools.
