Schedule: 1st Shift 7:00am – 3:30pm ( may change due to business need) Location: Lynwood, CA 90262 Essential Functions: • Review the MRP system with CS counterpart to ensure customer order due dates are in line with required delivery dates. • Assist PM with New Product Introduction in coordination with Quality and Operations. • Collaborate with PM on creating daily report of customer orders currently in-house to review scheduled expected completion dates against current order status to ensure orders are completed on time. • Coordinate with CS counterpart to provide continuous status of their orders within the allotted 4-hour time frame. • Relay communications between quality and operations departments to support our customers’ expectations. • Assist CS counterpart to coordinate truck routes (i.e. pick-up dates) and order completion dates to prevent delays. • Assist CS counterpart and work with receiving planning, scheduling, and contract review personnel to review each incoming order for defined customers and programs. • Other duties as assigned.

Essential Functions:

Partner with the CS counterpart to provide timely updates on order statuses within a 4-hour timeframe.

Serve as a liaison between Quality and Operations departments to meet customer expectations.

Coordinate with the CS counterpart to schedule truck routes (e.g., pick-up dates) and order completion timelines, avoiding delays.

Support the CS counterpart in working with receiving planning, scheduling, and contract review teams to assess incoming orders for defined customers and programs.
