Large Industrial Maintenance Contractor in the Savannah area is adding an Equipment Foreman to the team.  You will be in charge of the equipment, operators and maintenance of all equipment and keeping equipment records.

Client is looking 5 - 7 years with additional 5 years equipment operation experience performing and responsible for:

• Supervise the operation and maintenance of heavy equipment such as bulldozers, excavators, and loaders
• Ensure that all equipment is operated safely and efficiently
• Manage a team of heavy equipment operators, providing training and support as needed
• Coordinate with other foremen, project managers, and engineers to ensure project goals are met
• Inspect equipment regularly to identify and address maintenance needs
• Monitor job site conditions and adjust operations as necessary to maintain safety and productivity
• Maintain accurate records of equipment usage, maintenance, and repairs
• Computer Literate
• Provide on-the-job training and guidance to team members
• Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and company policies
• Operate equipment as needed.
