Pay Rate: $22.00 – $25.00
Shift: 7am – 3pm
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Cycle Counter with advanced system knowledge and strong investigative skills to join our team. This is not a typical cycle counting role—this position requires someone who can identify and resolve root causes of discrepancies within the inventory system and make necessary adjustments to ensure accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct system-based investigations to identify inventory discrepancies and determine their root causes.

Use system expertise to analyze and adjust inventory data, ensuring the integrity of all records.

Regularly review and interpret reconciliation reports to maintain accurate inventory levels.

Lead and manage the end-of-year inventory process, ensuring smooth execution and accurate results.

Utilize reporting tools, including recon reports, to evaluate inventory performance and provide recommendations for improvements.

Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on inventory management processes.

Oversee and manage an inventory valued at over $20M in the Distribution Center (DC).
Additional Qualifications:

Previous experience managing large-scale inventory, especially in a distribution center setting.

Strong communication skills, with the ability to work independently and in collaboration with teams.

Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a dynamic environment.

Required Skills and Experience:

Proven experience in cycle counting with a strong focus on system management and data analysis.

Advanced understanding of inventory systems, including troubleshooting and identifying root causes of discrepancies.

Experience in conducting or leading full-cycle end-of-year inventory processes.

Strong familiarity with reconciliation reports, and the ability to make necessary adjustments in the system.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and other Microsoft Office tools (resume must reflect these skills).

Ability to work in a system-heavy environment, with limited physical cycle counting, focusing more on system analysis and adjustments.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
