Pay Rate: $22.00 – $25.00

Shift: 7am – 3pm

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Cycle Counter with advanced system knowledge and strong investigative skills to join our team. This is not a typical cycle counting role—this position requires someone who can identify and resolve root causes of discrepancies within the inventory system and make necessary adjustments to ensure accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct system-based investigations to identify inventory discrepancies and determine their root causes.

• Use system expertise to analyze and adjust inventory data, ensuring the integrity of all records.

• Regularly review and interpret reconciliation reports to maintain accurate inventory levels.

• Lead and manage the end-of-year inventory process, ensuring smooth execution and accurate results.

• Utilize reporting tools, including recon reports, to evaluate inventory performance and provide recommendations for improvements.

• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on inventory management processes.

• Oversee and manage an inventory valued at over $20M in the Distribution Center (DC).

Additional Qualifications:

• Previous experience managing large-scale inventory, especially in a distribution center setting.

• Strong communication skills, with the ability to work independently and in collaboration with teams.

• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a dynamic environment.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Proven experience in cycle counting with a strong focus on system management and data analysis.

• Advanced understanding of inventory systems, including troubleshooting and identifying root causes of discrepancies.

• Experience in conducting or leading full-cycle end-of-year inventory processes.

• Strong familiarity with reconciliation reports, and the ability to make necessary adjustments in the system.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and other Microsoft Office tools (resume must reflect these skills).

• Ability to work in a system-heavy environment, with limited physical cycle counting, focusing more on system analysis and adjustments.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
