Job Opening: Maintenance Technician

ResourceMFG is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team in a full-time role supporting plant operations. This position is responsible for maintaining and repairing machinery to ensure continuous and efficient production in a manufacturing environment.

This position would be on 2nd shift. 7:00pm-7:00am

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine and preventative maintenance on production equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
• Utilize a variety of hand and power tools safely and effectively.
• Ensure timely response to equipment issues to minimize downtime.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation.
• Follow all safety protocols and plant procedures.

Requirements:

• Prior maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting is required.
• Proficiency using hand tools and basic mechanical knowledge.
• Ability to read and follow technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
• Must be able to speak and understand English.
• Must reside within 45 minutes of the Auburn facility or be willing to commute.
