Performs duties of HR Payroll Administrator
Will require studying for Certified Payroll Professional Certification (CPP)
Manages, prepares, and processes multi-state non-exempt and exempt payrolls on a bi-weekly basis.
Computes and disburses wages and salaries, deductions, taxes, garnishments, and other withholdings.
Analyzes and verifies taxes for annual tax filing.
Utilizes Human Resource Information System (HRIS) to process personnel, payroll, taxes and timekeeping actions.

- Experience with math, accounting/bookkeeping, and reconciliation.
- Must demonstrate strong organizational and documentary skills, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Effective project management for broad and detailed issues, and team leadership.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Reliability in checking own work to ensure accuracy.
- Excellent judgment and problem-solving skills Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise extreme discretion.
- Excellent customer service skills with ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization.
- Significant experience with Microsoft Office applications and Internet Explorer.
