Quality Control Supervisor
Responsibilities:
• Develop and Implement Quality Control Systems: Create and maintain quality control procedures, policies, and programs to ensure products or services meet established standards.
• Conduct Inspections and Testing: Perform inspections and tests on products or services at various stages of production to identify potential issues.
• Analyze Data and Identify Trends: Analyze quality data to identify trends, root causes of problems, and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with Teams: Work with other departments and teams to ensure quality standards are met and to address any quality issues that arise.
• Train and Support Staff: Provide training and support to staff on quality control procedures and best practices.
• Ensure Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and industry best practices.
• Investigate Customer Complaints: Investigate customer complaints related to product or service quality and implement corrective actions.
• Document and Maintain Records: Maintain accurate records of inspections, tests, and other quality-related activities.
• Promote Continuous Improvement: Encourage and support continuous improvement efforts to enhance quality and efficiency.
• Develop and Maintain Quality Standards: Establish and maintain quality standards for products or services.
• Monitor Operations: Monitor operations to ensure they meet production standards.
• Recommend Adjustments: Recommend adjustments to the assembly or production process.
• Inspect, Test, or Measure Materials: Inspect, test, or measure materials.
• Measure Products: Measure products with CMM ,calipers, gauges, or micrometers.
• Romer Arm training : Certificate preferred
Pay: $25-$28 Depending on Experience
