Job Opening: Fabrication Technician

BLOW MOLDING AND FABRICATION TECHNICIAN 

Now hiring for a leading manufacturer of plastic lighting enclosures for commercial applications. We work with leading OEM’s in the lighting industry. 

Hours: Mon-Fri 7:30am-4:00pm

Past experience in plastics manufacturing preferred

 Duties and Responsibilities:

• Perform the following production methods: Custom Blow Molding, Vacuum forming, CNC operations and other Fabrication.

• Use ovens to heat and form raw materials.

• Properly set tools and machines for production runs.

• Fabricate finished goods by routing, trimming, drilling, gluing & polishing product.

• Follow drawings, prints and production instructions to spec.

• Use a ruler, tape measure and calipers for dimension analysis.

• Quality control responsibilities for manufactured products.

• Pack and label product.
