Responsibilities

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training is a plus.
• Proven experience as a Polish Operator or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
• Familiarity with polishing machinery and techniques.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and specifications.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
