Job Opening: 2nd shift Production Lead

Looking for a Bilingual Production Lead on 2nd shift in Oceanside, CA.

• 2nd shift 2pm-10:30pm Monday-Friday
• $26-$30/hr. DOE
• Temp to hire opportunity
• Weekly pay 

Responsibilities:

Responsible for overseeing daily production activities within a designated area, ensuring that production goals are met efficiently by managing a team of workers, monitoring quality standards, and addressing any issues that arise on the production line, while collaborating closely with production supervisors to maintain smooth operations and safety compliance. 

• Assigning tasks, providing guidance, and motivating production team members to achieve daily target
• Ensuring adherence to quality standards and procedures, conducting inspections, and taking corrective action when necessary. 
• Providing on-the-job training to new employees and ongoing training to existing staff on safety procedures and production techniques
• Identifying and resolving production issues promptly, including equipment malfunctions, material shortages, or quality concerns. 

Requirements: 

• 3+ years production lead experience in a manufacturing environment
• Strong leadership, communication and problem solving skills a must.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) required.
• Ability to work in a fast pace environment 
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs
