Local area modular and affordable housing builder is adding several Drywall Technicians to the team.  Your excellent math and measurement skills will get you seen quickly and your prior Drywall / Sheetrock experience is highly desired.

Client is looking for 6 months to 1+ year experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Measure, cut, and install drywall panels for walls and ceilings in modular units.
• Prepare surfaces, ensuring proper fit around electrical outlets, HVAC openings, and fixtures.
• Secure drywall using screws, adhesives, and anchors while ensuring proper alignment.
• Support modular production by working efficiently in a stall-based manufacturing process.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, properly handling tools and materials.
• Follow all safety guidelines, including PPE use and proper material handling.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Basic understanding of drywall materials, tools, and installation techniques.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in a physically demanding role.
• Comfortable working in warehouse, manufacturing, and outdoor environments.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently.
