Job Opening: 1st Shift Assembler

We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled HVAC Assembler to join our team. As an HVAC Assembler, you will be responsible for assembling and fabricating HVAC components, ensuring they meet quality standards, and ensuring all systems are constructed efficiently and safely. You will play a key role in the production of high-quality heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble HVAC units and components according to company specifications and blueprints.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and work orders to assemble HVAC systems.
• Ensure all parts are installed correctly and securely, including ducts, wiring, compressors, fans, and other system components.
• Perform quality checks throughout the assembly process to ensure that systems meet safety, functionality, and quality standards.
• Install insulation, seals, and mounting hardware.
• Test and troubleshoot HVAC assemblies for functionality and performance.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, following safety protocols and company procedures.
• Use hand tools, power tools, and machinery in the assembly process.
• Collaborate with other team members and supervisors to ensure efficient production flow.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and procedures to prevent injuries and accidents.
• Ensure all documentation and records related to assemblies are properly completed.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with welding, soldering, or pipe fitting.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards.
• Previous experience with HVAC testing and diagnostics.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift, carry, and move heavy objects.
• Ability to stand, kneel, bend, and crouch for extended periods.
