ResourceMFG is seeking talent with a solid history working in industrial metal machine shop for a GREAT client in OKC!!
Pay: $30/+ depending on experience.
JOB DETAILS
- Maintain and repair production machinery.
- Perform vehicle maintenance for all shop trucks.
- Perform and manage all forklift maintenance and repairs.
- Schedule and implement maintenance program for equipment.
- Inspect all equipment, building and grounds as scheduled to ensure safe working conditions for all employees.
- Maintain integrity of facility to include building and grounds.
- Install new equipment.
- Assist in location and acquisition of necessary shop supplies for building maintenance both structural and equipment.
- Maintain adequate records of repairs and maintenance.
- Manage and maintain Storm Water auditing and reporting to Dept of Environmental Qualify.
- Manage and maintain records for all overhead crane certifications.
- Manage, order and maintain inventory of supplies where required.
- Communicate with management on all maintenance needs and cost.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
- Advanced knowledge of maintenance methods and procedures, including the proper and safe use of general repair tools, equipment, lubricants and solvents.
- Advanced knowledge of three phase electrical systems, motor circuits, CNC electrical, mechanical and hydraulic systems.
- Must possess ability to effectively and accurately understand, interpret, reference, evaluate, organize and record technical and non-technical information, including reading and understanding electrical schematics and technical drawings.
- Must be able to correctly diagnose mechanical problems and effectively and efficiently perform repairs.
- Must possess the ability to follow written and verbal instructions, including manufacturers’ service specifications.
- Must possess knowledge of machine tool maintenance in a manufacturing environment.
- Must possess working knowledge of HVAC systems, compressed air systems.
- Must have own tools.
- Knowledge of Maintenance Management Systems and computer operation.
- Possess basic math skills.
- Great communication skills
- Self managed and work with no supervision.
- Effectively manage time and prioritize tasks in order to meet establish deadlines.
- Successfully pass pre- and post- employment drug and alcohol test per company policy - Safety Sensitive position.
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- 5+ years maintenance or mechanical experience, preferably in the oil & gas industry.
- Completion of Industrial Maintenance program or combination of OJT and experience.
