Delivery Driver involves transporting items from one location to another, ensuring timely and safe delivery while maintaining customer satisfaction. They are responsible for loading, unloading, and delivering goods, often using provided vehicles and route planning tools. 

 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Safe Driving and Route Planning:
    Operating delivery vehicles safely and efficiently, utilizing navigation systems to optimize routes and minimize travel time. 

     
  • Loading and Unloading:
    Loading and unloading packages and goods from the delivery vehicle, ensuring proper securing for safe transport. 

     
  • Timely Delivery:
    Delivering packages and goods to customers in a timely manner, adhering to delivery schedules and deadlines. 

     
  • Customer Interaction:
    Providing friendly and professional customer service, addressing customer questions and concerns, and obtaining signatures upon delivery. 

     
  • Documentation and Record Keeping:
    Maintaining accurate delivery records, including documentation of deliveries and any issues encountered. 

     
  • Vehicle Maintenance:
    Performing basic vehicle maintenance, such as checking tire pressure and oil levels, and reporting any mechanical issues to the supervisor.
