Responsibilities

• Operate sewing and cutting machines to fabricate and sew garments according to specifications.
• Execute garment construction tasks, including cutting, stitching, and finishing.
• Inspect finished products for quality assurance, ensuring all items meet company standards.
• Assist with packaging product to be sent to client
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace within the warehouse environment.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Troubleshoot any issues that arise during the sewing process and make necessary adjustments.

Experience

• Proven experience in garment construction and cutting techniques is required.
• Familiarity with various types of cutting machines and their operation is essential.
• Previous experience working in a warehouse or manufacturing setting is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow patterns and instructions accurately.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
