Job Opening: Thermal Process Technician

ResourceMFG is working with a client in Port Huron for a 3rd shift Thermal Process Technician. This is a temp to hire opportunity! 

3rd shift 9pm-7:30am Monday – Thursday

Possible training on 1st shift 5am-3:30pm

$19-20

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Debind process coordinator.

Load/unload furnace.
Sinter process coordinator..
Program Furnace for sinter cycle according to work instructions.
Load, start and unload debind according to work instructions.
Perform minor and assist in major repairs as needed.
Maintain Nitrogen, Hydrogen and Nitric Acid for Furnace area.
Responsible for housekeeping in the Furnace area.
Perform Secondary Operator tasks as needed.
Perform preventative maintenance as required.
Program sinter/debind cycles.

REQUIREMENTS:

Demonstrate mechanical skills.
Extensive understanding and knowledge of the metal injection molding (MIM) processes, procedures, and theories.
Demonstrate skill in working with a variety of hand tools, including basic measurement devices.
Demonstrate effective communication skills, both oral and written.
Demonstrate skill in performing MIM operations to stand to perform the job functions for an extended period of time.
Basic Computer skills to enter dimensional data.
Willingness and ability to be flexible to work in the production areas as time permits and as requested.
