KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Set up and calibrate electronics systems following schematics and diagrams.

• Troubleshoot and repair electronics to keep operations running smoothly.

• Conduct routine service checks and maintenance for optimal performance.

• Collaborate with operators, vendors, engineers, and inspectors to address issues and provide updates.

• Provide demonstrations on safe use, operation, and maintenance of equipment.

• Source or produce parts needed for repairs and maintenance.

• Maintain detailed logs of repairs and maintenance activities.

• Support management by completing additional assigned tasks.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

• Experience with PLCs and troubleshooting.

• Physically capable of pushing, pulling, bending, kneeling, squatting, and twisting.

• Must stand for extended periods (10+ hours).

• Willingness to work overtime and accommodate unscheduled demands.

• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
