Tampa Company Now Seeking Scheduler

Shift 8AM-4:30PM

Pay: $15/hr.

The Scheduler is responsible for coordinating productions schedules to ensure that manufacturing processes run smoothly and efficiently.

This role ensures that production deadlines are met, resources are allocated appropriately.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage production schedules based on sales orders, inventory, and capacities.
• Monitor production progress and adjust schedules as needed to accommodate changes in demand or resource availability.
• Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to address any scheduling conflicts or production issues.
• Maintain up-to-date reports of production jobs, schedules, and completed work.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and quality control procedures.

Skills:

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word.
• Outlook
• Bilingual
• Must have at least 2 years Manufacturing Experience
