Pay: $17.00 – $20.00/Per Hour

Shift: Full-time

We’re currently partnering with a well-established manufacturer in Canton, OH that is looking to add an experienced Tool Grinder to their team. This is a great opportunity for someone who takes pride in precision work and wants to grow with a company that values quality and craftsmanship.

What You’ll Do:
As a Tool Grinder, you’ll be responsible for sharpening and shaping various cutting tools used in the production process—machine drills, taps, chasers, and form tooling. You’ll interpret blueprints, use precision measuring instruments, and ensure all tools meet the required specs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate grinding machines

• Read and interpret blueprints and work instructions

• Inspect finished tools using calipers, micrometers, etc.

• Maintain clean workspaces and follow safety standards

• Perform preventative maintenance on equipment

Who We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience as a Tool Grinder or in a similar precision machining role

• Familiarity with measuring tools and quality inspection methods

• Ability to work independently and follow detailed instructions
