Monday- Friday 8am-5pm plus OT

SUMMARY: The Project Manager is responsible for managing all technical and production–related activities of multiple assigned large-format and/or direct mail orders from inception to completion. The incumbent will act as a liaison between sales and/or clients and the production facility to ensure orders are completed to the customer’s satisfaction. This is an experienced-level position focused on handling key accounts and complex work that involves multiple processes.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Set and manage project timeline
• Monitor project deliverables
• Manage Budget
• Update relevant stakeholders or team members on the project progress

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• 3-5 years' experience within the Events, Environmental Graphics, or Tradeshow industries preferred.
• Strong business acumen in project planning and management.
• Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills.
