Job Description:
Support the Refractory Coating Machine Operators with batch ingredient weighing and setup, cleaning and preparation of packaging, labeling and transportation of finished goods and other production support tasks as necessary.
Essential Functions Safety:
• Perform all duties with a strong focus on safety.
• Understand and follow all safety rules and regulations at all times.
• Plans work and manages risks appropriately.
• Actively contribute toward the improvement of safety. Production Support
• Perform cleaning and proper sanitizing of returnable totes to meet open orders.
• Package finished products in proper containers, tasks include setting up the packaging, labeling the product per procedures, filling the containers to the proper weight and placement in the finished goods warehouse for shipment.
• Assist Machine Operators as required to support the efficient production of finished goods i.e. staging raw materials and other duties as assigned.
• Assist in the pre-weighing of raw materials per the batch process instructions. (Includes using scale, to weigh partial package quantities) and record batch data.
• Perform routine quality assurance tests on packaged products. Material Handling • Picking raw materials and packaging material from the storage warehouse as required.
• Discarding of empty raw material packaging waste after production.
• Handle empty pallets, sacks, and returnable containers from customers.
• Stage packaging sacks, boxes, and pallets.
• Remove packaged material from lines and move to warehouse using a lift truck. Miscellaneous
• Maintain a safe and clean work area and safe and clean equipment. Clean up and report any spills timely and appropriately. Readily assist teammates with cleanup of their work areas.
• Communicate effectively with coworkers and Management.

- Tests electrical systems and continuity of circuits in electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures, using testing devices such as ohmmeters and voltmeters, to ensure compatibility and safety.
- Maintaining cleanliness of common areas, hallways, restrooms, and outdoor spaces by sweeping mopping, trash removal, and landscaping tasks.
- Performs other duties as assigned by Maintenance Supervisor or Management.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quality Inspector to join our aerospace manufacturing team. This position requires strong knowledge of FAA regulations, quality systems, and precision measuring instruments. The ideal candidate must be a self-starter, motivated and demonstrate he/she can work under minimal supervision. Other qualities include good communication skills, the ability to meet deadlines and the ability to work with diverse personalities. Additionally, but not limited to
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & REQUIREMENTS:
• Conduct in-process and final inspections in accordance with priorities established in the manufacturing /production plan.
• Ensures that product conforms to standards by correctly reading blueprints and applicable specifications
and effectively using inspection measuring equipment.
• Able to perform open set ups for first piece inspections and validations.
• Knowledge of dimensional inspection using a surface plate, height indicator, caliper, micrometer, drop indicator, optical comparator and equivalent inspection tools.
• Experience inspecting machined castings, electronic components, surface finish, plating and including deburring plating and welding.
• Perform first article inspection reports in accordance with AS9102 standards.
• Support non-conforming product procedures, first article inspections, source inspections, and audits.
• Additional functions as they become necessary.

QUALIFICATIONS:
• A minimum of 5 years’ experience is required.
• Lean Manufacturing concepts experience a plus.
• Proficient in English language, read and write.
• Familiar working under AS9100 and ISO 9000 standard practices.
• Experience with electronic and mechanical assemblies.

Pay: $19.30 – $21.23 per hour based on shift
Schedule:
- 2nd Shift from 2:00pm – 10:30pm
- 3rd Shift: 7:30pm – 6:00am or 10:00pm – 6:30am

Job Responsibilities:
- Associate will be working in a cleanroom environment manufacturing medical equipment (IV bags).
- Production associates are cross trained in various departments that require head to toe medical gowning.
- Inspect components, materials, documents, and final products either as inherent part of the production process or offline. Performs activities specified in batch record and SOP’s. Sample and evaluate product per defined methods, recognizes action levels and notifies area specialist and supervisor if out of limits.
- Perform and document lot changes, line clearances, production processes and cleaning operations.
- Identify non-conforming product (rejects).
- Achieve established labor standards for the respective tasks.
- Provide information and feedback on commodity and process issues. Ensures quality products are delivered to subsequent processes.
- Work in a team environment to coordinate activities, solve problems, and effectively communicate. Adapt to changes in a constructive manner. Participation in area improvements, cost reductions, and meetings. Provide information and feedback on commodity and process issues. Ensures quality products are delivered to subsequent processes.
- Adhere to cGMP guidelines, SOP’s, and plant policies/rules.
- Able to evaluate process, product and equipment performance based on prescribed procedures.
- Work with team members to reach consensus to optimize quality, cost, compliance, customer service and safety.
- Perform other related duties as assigned or required, to include working in the outside elements for material disposition.
