Location: Princeton, IN
Shift and Pay:
- 6:30am – 3:15pm – $18.00/hr
- 7:15pm – 4:00am – $19.00/hr
Job Responsibilities:
- Follows Standard Work Process. Performs a specific task or a number of predetermined tasks in the assembly process.
- Performs repetitive tasks such as attaching or affixing pre-manufactured components and parts to main product as it moves through the production line.
- Prepares parts for shipment.
- Notifies Team Leader of defective parts, equipment, tools, materials, nonstandard assembly work or other conditions, which hinder the assembly process.
- Ensures that the time, material and waste is minimized.
- Other duties as assigned.

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in fabrication and machining, with a strong understanding of various tools and equipment. This role requires attention to detail, the ability to work independently, and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards in all operations.
Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain CNC Saw and other fabrication equipment to produce high-quality components.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for various machining tasks.
- Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications using AutoCAD as needed.
- Conduct quality checks using calipers and other measuring instruments to ensure precision in production.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes and improve efficiency.
- Perform routine maintenance on machinery and troubleshoot any operational issues that arise.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment at all times.
Job Requirements:
Qualifications
- Proven experience in machining, fabrication, or a related field is preferred.
- Familiarity with CNC programming is a plus.
- Experience operating forklifts is beneficial.
- Proficiency in using hand tools and measuring instruments such as calipers.
- Background in carpentry or millwork is advantageous.

Primary responsibilities:
The CNC Machinist II is responsible for setting up, operating, and monitoring CNC lathes and milling machine centers to ensure parts meet blueprint specifications. Your daily work may include, but is not limited to:
• Set up and operate CNC lathes and milling machines.
• Inspect machined parts to ensure they meet blueprint specifications, including dimensions and tolerances.
• Follow quality assurance procedures and processes.
• Monitor machine operations and verify conformance using measuring instruments such as gauges, calipers, and micrometers.
• Perform routine maintenance on machines.
• Adhere to all safety procedures and regulations.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:

Manufacturing Company in Chatsworth is looking for Production Assemblers.
Shift: 1st
Pay Range: $21.00-$23.00 per hour
Hours: 7:00am – 3:30pm
Days: Monday – Friday (some Saturday)
Primary Responsibilities:
The production assembler is responsible for assembling from sub-assembly to the finished unit according to drawings, carts, and manufacturing procedures. Your day-to-day work may include, but is not limited to:
• It performs electromechanical assemblies in the form of sub-assemblies and final assembly product under a microscope.
• Assemble ultra-miniature assemblies or be fully proficient in a specific product line.
• It operates standard shop equipment including soldering iron, microscope, ultrasonic cleaner, and furnaces.
• Reworks malfunctioning units.
• Communicates with the calibration department to ensure accurate assembly and proper operation of the units.
• Conduct ongoing cross-training to increase skills and knowledge.
• Weld miniature parts under a microscope for extended periods during the work shift.
• Flexible and capable of processing more complex assemblies with minimal oversight.
• Performs other duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
Professional Qualifications
• 3-5 years of experience in electromechanical assembly, soldering under a microscope
• Must be able to read and understand engineering assembly drawings.
• Advanced schematic reading and ability to troubleshoot assemblies.
• Good mechanical aptitude.
• Good dexterity of hands and eyes.
• Good communication skills.
• Certified for J-STD C or IPC-610.
