 Job Description: 

Continuous manufacturing Process that involves transforming raw plastic materials through extruders, coiling, and adding components.  Equipment must remain operational without shutdowns.

Responsibilities: 

• Inspecting coils based on quality standards.
• Ensuring product meets customer specification.
• Packing approved products onto pallets
• Troubleshooting machinery issues
• Performing autonomous maintenance on the coiler
• Conducting lab checks every 45 minutes.
• Must be able to understand and communicate with all employees to receive training instruction and perform responsibilities.
• Must learn to follow quality control specs and procedures. 
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area.
• Perform testing as required.
• Must comply with safety regulations for the protection of self and fellow workers.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

1^st Shift Mon-Fri 7am to 3:30pm @ $17.50 per hour 

2nd Shift Mon-Fri 3:00pm to 11:30pm @ $18.25 per hour 

3rd Shift Sun –Thur 11:00pm to 7:30am @ $18.50 per hour

Job Requirements:

• The ideal Forklift Operator must be dependable and able to handle forklift equipment safely.
• Ability to lift, bend, stoop, reach and pull as needed.
• Good hand-eye coordination and good motor skills
• Must have prior Forklift Operator experience.

Job Duties:

• Scanning labels to ensure products are shipped to the right destination.
• Drives Standup, and other industrial vehicles such as cherry-pickers and automated pallet jacks as needed.
• Maintains clean work area.
• Pallet building and pallet picks.
• Loads goods 
• Ensures the safe and efficient movement of goods.
• Follows safety regulations and company guidelines.
• Loads and unloads product. 
• Utilizes radio frequency (RF) scanning equipment to track inventory.
• Shrink wraps goods or otherwise secures them and prepares them for transport.
• Maneuvering forklifts safely in busy industrial environments 
• Ensuring that forklift driving areas are free from spills or obstructions. 
• Regularly checking forklift equipment
