?? Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise a team of machine operators to ensure daily production goals are met

• Monitor and adjust production schedules and resources to maximize efficiency

• Enforce company policies, safety procedures, and standard operating practices

• Mentor and train team members, promoting growth and consistent performance

• Conduct quality control checks to ensure all products meet internal and customer standards

• Assist with equipment troubleshooting and coordinate with maintenance teams

• Maintain accurate production records including output, downtime, and shift reports

• Communicate production updates and improvement opportunities to management
