Electrician Apprentice (77041)

Job responsibilities:

Able to perform mechanical and electrical assemblies and subassemblies, using hand tools, and electric and pneumatic tooling.

Bend conduit and pull wire Perform LV wiring + termination Perform MV wiring + termination

Perform control wiring and MCC wiring Ability to read blueprints and pipe and instrumentation drawing

Current electrician apprentice license 2-4 years of experience - licensed electrician

Pay: $22 - $25 DOE

Shift: 1^st (6a-4:30p)

The role is to provide field support to our clients. This includes commissioning, troubleshooting, repair, or retrofit of the mechanical and electrical systems of a project.  This position is responsible for troubleshooting mechanical and electrical equipment, as well as controls, communications, computers, where called upon, and for the documentation of these procedures. The position requires close interface with the Quality Department, Project Engineers and Project Managers, Process Engineer, client personnel, and with other Field Engineers and Service Technicians. 

Key Job Responsibilities:

*Startup, preventative maintenance, and service of vertical turbine pumps and split coupled inline pumps. *Startup, preventative maintenance, and service of Cooling Towers (Evapco, Kelvion, Marley, SPX)

*Startup, preventative maintenance, and service of Centrifugal Chillers (Trane, York, McQuay, Smardt)

*Startup and troubleshooting variable frequency drives (Eaton and Allen-Bradley)

*Install and repair power distribution systems including electric motors, motor control centers, and variable speed drives

*Close interface with other Field Engineers, Project Engineers, and Project managers, with the mechanical and electrical engineers, with service technicians, and with the client's personnel

*Assist the Production Department in assembly, or in training of factory personnel

*Compile O&M information

*Assist in compilation of the final sets of IOM manuals

*Create legible "red-line" drawings to submit to Project Manager

*Responsible for trouble-shooting all mechanical and electrical equipment

*Assist in Quality Assurance and Quality Control functions

*Will possibly perform or oversee QC checks

Job Requirements:

*Preventative maintenance, and service of vertical turbine pumps and cooling towers.

*Ability to read drawings and schematics

*Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including MS Office projects

*Ability to travel extensively domestic and international

Exposure to at least one brand of PLC or Building controls

Crane Service Technician (77021)

The Crane Service Technician will be responsible for the preventative maintenance and emergency repair of all cranes at all facilities. Assist other Maintenance Mechanics with the repairs of other equipment, such as scissor lifts, boom lifts, etc.

Shift: 1st (6am - 4:30pm) flexible 10/12 hour shifts
Pay Rate: $25-$40 DOE
$3,000 sign-on bonus for the right candidate

Job Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair overhead cranes and other equipment
Preventative maintenance performed in a timely manner
Operate lift trucks and equipment as required
Comply with all applicable codes, regulations, and Company policies
Maintain a clean and safe working environment
Other duties as assigned by client

Minimum Requirements:
*Crane Certification
*3+ years of experience with crane repairs
*Must have basic mechanic tools necessary to complete required

Structural Fitters

Multiple worksite location options (77029, 77051 or 77021)

Job Summary: Structural Fitters manufacturing complex engineered skids

Pay: $24-$29 DOE/Shift differential 

Shift:

1st shift – 6:00am - 4:30pm, Monday-Saturday (10 & 12 hour shifts)

2nd shift – 4:30 pm – 2:30 am 

Duties:

• Fit, cut, and tack material

• Prepare welding joints

• Fit and tack material required from drawings

• Fill out inspection reports

• Conventional and measuring instruments

• Finish grinding applications using manual/power tools

• Safety and housekeeping

• Other duties assigned by supervisor

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years experience working within a manufacturing environment/facility

• Able to lift up to 50 lbs

• Able to stand for 8–10-hour shifts

• Resume required

Pipe Fitter (77045)

Lay out, assembles, installs, and maintains pipe systems, pipe supports, and related hydraulic and pneumatic equipment for steam, hot water, heating, lubricating, sprinkling, and industrial product and processing systems.

Pay: $22-$28 DOE

Shifts: 1st 6am-4:30pm flexible for 10-12 hours shifts, Saturdays required

Job Skills:

Ability to read blueprints and pipe and instrumentation drawings

Ability to read measuring devices

Knowledge of pipe schedules and base material

Ability to set up and use a Mig welding machine

Requirements:

*5 years related experience in a manufacturing environment

Pipe Welder (77045)

Job Summary: Pipe welder proficient in welding techniques

Pay: $24-$30 DOE

Shift: 2nd shift – 4:30 pm – 2:30 am (flexible to 10-hour shifts/Saturdays required)

Duties:

• Proficient in assigned welding techniques

• Interpretation of mechanical drawings, including the ability to read weld symbols

• Knowledge of wire and filler materials applications for various steel alloys, aluminum, and some exotic materials

• Working knowledge of fixturing and weld set up parameters (amps, volts, etc.)

• Convention and precision measuring instruments

• Process inspection, certification, and documentation

• Welding equipment maintenance and inspection

• Finish grinding applications using manual and power tools

• Safety and housekeeping

• Other duties as assigned by supervisor

Fabrication Helper (77021)

Fabrication helper assists the fabrication Department with assembling packaged equipment. This role involves supporting skilled fabricators in various tasks.

Responsibilities:

*Determines tools to use by reviewing work assignments *Perform fabrication operations as instructed by Fitter, Welder or Supervisor

*Maintains safe work environment by following standards and procedures

*Assist in preparing raw materials for fabrication, including cleaning and measuring.

*Operate basic machinery and tools under supervision.

*Follow blueprints, schematics, or instructions from senior fabricators

Job skills:

Analyzing information, basic safety, attention to detail, verbal communication, proactive, initiative, power tools, customer service. Basic understand of fabrication processes and tools. 

2nd shift - 6pm - 4:30am (10 hour shifts/Saturdays)
