Job Requirements
- A minimum of 2 years in a warehouse setting
- At least 1 year of inventory-control related experience

The compensation for this quality position based on prior quality experience. The pay starts at $19 per hour OR MORE depending on experience.

We are looking for qualified individuals for our Information Technology Manufacturing Client in LaVergne, TN.
The schedule for 1st and 2nd shift Repair Techs:
- 1st - Mon - Fri 7:00am - 3:30pm
- 2nd shift - Mon - Fri 4:30pm - 1:00am

What does a Repair Technician do?
Performs testing and diagnostics on a variety of servers and components. Prepares documentation of the results of completed tests and documents failures. Provides feedback about systemic issues that are discovered in testing. Performs repairs to units that fail testing and processes failed components for disposition.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Test and diagnostics of servers and components.
- Repair or replace parts as necessary for servers
- Troubleshoots technical issues and complete applicable documentation.
- Use of tools and test equipment of various types, to diagnose issues servers
- Disassembles and/or reassembles units according to the applicable work instructions.
- Orders correct parts using the proper procedures.
- Tests units according to work instructions and process flows.
- Responsible for inspecting products to ensure it is labeled correctly.
- Responsible for completing applicable paperwork completely and accurately.
- Responsible for entering repair data accurately into the QMS shop floor system.
- Document and communicate repair issues to engineering
- Data Collection and analysis for use in problem solving an continuous improvement
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Six (6) months of technical repair experience in a related field required
- Six (6) months experience in debugging and testing of electro mechanical assemblies required.
- A Plus Certification a plus.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Attention to detail is required
- Use of small parts and electrical equipment
- Ability to do all functions in a warehouse; bend, lift, grasp, stand, and walk the entire shift
