ResourceMFG is looking for a Fabricator. Do you have Mill, Lathe, Grinder and Welding experience? We need you! Come work for a great family oriented company in the Carlsbad area.

• 1st shift 7am-3:30pm Monday-Friday
• Performance to Hire opportunity
• $21-$30/hr. DOE
• Weekly pay 

Responsible for machining accurate parts per sketches, prints, and/or verbal instructions. Operate and set up machines, such as (mills, lathes, and grinders). Checks and inspects machining operations against specified tolerances. Capable of welding small parts with a high degree of quality and durability.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (i.e. Education and/or Experience)

• Minimum 2 years mill, lathe, & grinder experience.
• Read, Interpret CAD Drawings and Hand Sketches.
• Capable of running mills, lathes, and grinders proficiently.
• Must have previous experience with operating tool room machinery.
• Makes own set-ups on Mills, Lathes, Grinders.
• Capable of TIG welding at a high level of accuracy.
• Requires written and verbal English language skills and basic four function math skills. 
• Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent experiences.
• Able to work from written and verbal instructions.
