ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Packs international orders and show the ability to create and properly adhere ASN labels and price tickets for specialty customers.
• Ability to pick and pack accessory orders.
• Ability to process orders through manifest systems.
• Performs material handling duties in any area assigned.
• Execution of material receipts and storage of all types
• Assist in cycle count process.
• Maintain accurate inventory of daily shipping material.
• Must use the SAP computer program to identify the receipt of all materials coming into the company, assure that the quantities and quality of such materials are as ordered, and disburse materials to either storage locations. Unpacks and checks goods received against purchase orders or invoices, maintains records of received goods (using computer), rejecting unsatisfactory items where necessary.
• Ability to execute basic to moderate SAP transactions.
• Lifts heavy items (up to 50 pounds).
• May be asked to load freight onto trucks using power equipment.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• High school graduate or GED preferred.
• Lift truck certification preferred. 
• Experience in Distribution and Warehouse environment preferred.
• SAP experience preferred.
• Ability to have good communication skills both verbal and written.
• Computer savvy 

Looking for a Bilingual Production Lead on 2nd shift in Oceanside, CA.

• 2nd shift 2pm-10:30pm Monday-Friday
• $26-$30/hr. DOE
• Temp to hire opportunity
• Weekly pay 

Responsibilities:

Responsible for overseeing daily production activities within a designated area, ensuring that production goals are met efficiently by managing a team of workers, monitoring quality standards, and addressing any issues that arise on the production line, while collaborating closely with production supervisors to maintain smooth operations and safety compliance. 

• Assigning tasks, providing guidance, and motivating production team members to achieve daily target
• Ensuring adherence to quality standards and procedures, conducting inspections, and taking corrective action when necessary. 
• Providing on-the-job training to new employees and ongoing training to existing staff on safety procedures and production techniques
• Identifying and resolving production issues promptly, including equipment malfunctions, material shortages, or quality concerns. 

Requirements: 

• 3+ years production lead experience in a manufacturing environment
• Strong leadership, communication and problem solving skills a must.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) required.
• Ability to work in a fast pace environment 
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs
